These terms apply when you use tipai.se. TipAI is run by Aker Ventures AB, company reg. no. 559024-6384, Lövdalsvägen 4, 132 41 Saltsjö-Boo, Sweden. By using the website you accept these terms.
1. What TipAI is
TipAI helps you choose and use AI tools. It offers guides, comparisons, news, a questionnaire and ready-made prompts. Everything is general information and guidance. It is not financial, legal or other professional advice, and you make your own decisions.
2. Other companies’ AI tools and prices
We describe services that other companies own and run. We try to keep the information up to date, but prices, features and terms can change without our knowledge. We therefore give no guarantee that the information is complete or correct, and we are not responsible for other companies’ services. Always check the price and terms with the provider before you buy. When you use an AI tool, the provider’s own terms apply.
3. Purchases
Purchases of TipAI Pro, cheat sheets and starter packs are governed by our terms of purchase and right of withdrawal. Payment is handled by Stripe. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
4. Copyright
Texts, prompts, cheat sheets, images, videos and other content on TipAI belong to Aker Ventures AB or are used with permission. You may use the content for your own personal use, for example copying a prompt into your AI tool or printing a cheat sheet for yourself. You may not sell, publish or redistribute the content on a larger scale without our written permission. What you create with our prompts in your own AI tools is yours.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that harms it or others. Among other things, you may not try to bypass payments or unlocks, share personal unlock or download links publicly, overload or disrupt the website, collect content automatically on a large scale or use TipAI unlawfully. We may disable access to paid content that has been misused.
6. TipAI on social media
TipAI publishes its own videos and posts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. The platforms’ own terms of service and privacy policies apply there, for example the YouTube Terms of Service. Some content is created with AI and labelled as such, see our privacy policy.
7. Links to other websites
We link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
9. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Please contact us first if something goes wrong.
